- To receive a full refund for the experience, you must cancel it at least 48 hours before it starts.
- If you cancel the experience less than 24 hours before it starts, you will not receive a refund of the amount paid.
- No changes will be accepted that are made when there are less than 24 hours left before the experience starts.
- The deadline is based on the local time of the place where the experience takes place.
- Good weather is required to carry out this experience.
- If it is canceled due to bad weather conditions, another date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
